Growth is a system that runs without you

1 March 2026

Scaling a marketplace channel is not about listing more products. It is about building a system that keeps working when you are not looking at it.

When we started, everything was manual: stock updates, prices, coordination with logistics. The first thing I did was draw the whole chain from the factory to the customer’s doorstep and mark where it got stuck.

The lesson I keep coming back to is that growth comes from removing friction, not from adding effort. We automated stock sync, set up a content pipeline, and started choosing products by data rather than by feel.

The revenue grew fourfold in a year. But the result I value more is that the team could run and improve the channel without me standing over every decision. That is the only kind of growth that stays.
