There are two ways to work with me: hire me for a permanent role, or bring me in for a project. Both are fine, and the second sometimes turns into the first.
A permanent role
I am looking for a Head of E-commerce, Operations Director or similar role in an international company, remote in European time zones. Hybrid commercial and digital positions are also interesting. I am ready to relocate to Spain.
What you get is a manager who has run marketplaces, a direct online channel, CRM and post-sales service under one roof, and who has built teams from scratch more than once.
A project
Audit of a marketplace or direct online channel: analytics, positioning, unit economics, bottlenecks. The result is a document with specific recommendations and a debrief call.
Launch or relaunch of a channel: a brand entering marketplaces from zero, or an existing channel where operations have become chaotic. Processes, reporting, KPIs, team structure.
An external head of e-commerce on a part-time basis: strategy, goals, team management and P&L for a brand that needs director-level expertise without a full-time hire.
CRM and AI in operations: Mindbox setup, automated feedback analysis, customer-service routines.
Where I am most useful
A few situations I have seen many times and know how to fix.
- A customer complaint bounces between departments for days. Nobody owns it, the customer leaves a bad review, and the team spends more time on the escalation than the fix would have cost.
- A website project has so many stakeholders that everyone forgets about conversion and the user. Features ship, sales do not move.
- Questions get resolved on calls, calls have no agenda, and communication between teams is not planned. Time disappears and nobody can say where.
- A marketplace channel has products listed and ads running, but no pricing model, no assortment logic and no view of the channel's P&L.
